Summer School Holiday bookings – 2026/27

Between 1 May 2026 and 15 June 2027, a Summer School Holiday booking will be randomly selected and advertised at random day/time on our Facebook page.  The booking dates will also be shown as available in our bookings calendar (i.e. you don’t have to be a facebook member to be able to find out if dates are available but you would need to regularly check our calendar).  First group to book, first served.

We appreciate that this system has some inherent issues.  i.e. we’ve experienced in the past, a group will immediately book, pay the deposit and cancel a few days later once they’ve worked out the dates aren’t suitable or a more suitable date becomes available.

To assist groups in making the right choice, any cancelled Summer School Holiday bookings will attract a $100 cancellation fee, regardless of when the booking is cancelled.  Hence, please book wisely.

One visit per person year

We aim to share our facility with as many people as possible.  One way in which we try to achieve this is by limiting all bookings to one visit per person per year.  Hence, if you already have/had an existing booking in 2026, you aren’t eligible to book any December 2025 Summer School Holiday dates and equally, if you have an existing 2027 booking, you aren’t eligible to book any Jan/Feb 2027 Summer School Holiday dates.  Note: All Scout/Guide or School/Youth Group bookings are exempt from the ‘one visit per person per year’ policy.
